To our Customers:
We are still open for business and working hard to serve our customers and ensure the safety and well being of our our employees and customers during these crazy times.
In addition to some of the procedures we have already adopted we will be adopting more to greater assure the safety of our employees and customers:
Closing on Saturdays – Starting this Saturday March 21st both stores will be closed on Saturday for the foreseeable future.
In Home visits cancelled – For the foreseeable future, we will not be sending our employees to occupied homes for measuring and other services. Deliveries will still be made but our drivers will only be able to leave materials outside the home, nothing will be taken inside.
In Store visits – For the time being, our store is open to the general public as always but under the new orders we must restrict access in the stores to 5 customers at a time. Please don't come in unless you have to get some product. We also have marked out 6ft distances at the counter and restrict access to one person at a time in those areas.
We encourage customers to call (207 622 5025 Augusta 207 592 7500 Gardiner), email, text or fax (207 623 3594) (you can find all that on our website) with your orders to us rather than come in person. We can get things ready for you to pick up outside the store if you'd like. There may come a time when we have to close access to the store for customers. We will make an announcement if that becomes necessary.
We have set chairs and tables 6ft away from our salespeople to help maintain the approved social distancing of 6ft. We ask that all customers observe the 6ft social distancing rules.
Outside Vendors – We have asked outside vendors to suspend their in person visits to the store. Also, distribution truck drivers are asked not to enter our buildings or use our facilities.
Hopefully, these procedures won't be in force for long. Thanks for your business and understanding through all of this.
