One of the most exciting and fulfilling things you can do is to build a new house. One of the most frustrating and stressful things you can do is to build a house.
We have helped many homeowners during their process of building a house (and of course, many, many other smaller projects). It can be a very complicated job involving lots of coordination between the homeowner, builder, architect/designer, subcontractors, banks and suppliers.
You should consider a few things to help with the whole process.
We would like to help you plan your project so your project will go successfully. We have a designer that can use a computer drafting program to help you plan and visualize your project.
Your journey to your final plan needs to start with you doing some homework before hand. Below are listed some of the things you should do before you come in to talk to us.
The more thought and planning that you do intially the easier it will be.

We offer a basic plans service to our customers. Customers can use this service to help them further refine their plans and be able to actually see what they want to do.
However we strongly recommend that anyone considering building a house or addition, retain the services of an licensed architect or engineer. Although our plan service can greatly help you refine your ideas, we cannot properly address many of the structural, design, code and other issues that you should take into account before you build your house.
Anyone that uses our plans as a basis for construction does so at their own risk.
