For your convenience, deliveries are scheduled for same day to next day delivery.  Every effort is made to assure that you get your order when you are expecting it.

We have three boom truck available to deliver your orders.  At times they can be busy and you must arrange for them in advance to assure they will be available.

Sharpening Service

We are a pick-up point for Alpha Carbide Sharpening Service.  They generally pick up every Thursday and return the blades on the following Thursday.

They offer a complete sharpening service and can sharpen most anything.

Prices vary depending on the size and type of blade ranging anywhere from $5.00 to $25.00 and more.

 

Delivery Credit Pick-ups

Credit pick-ups must be arranged in advance.  Our drivers may not be able to automatically pick something up when they deliver materials to your job-site.  Often times they have other material and deliveries to make before your credits can be picked up.

To arrange credit pick-ups please:

  • Contact your salesman or call inside sales to arrange a pick-up.  They will have to arrange the pick up with our dispatcher.  You will be notified of an approximate time we will pick up the material.
  • Provide a description and list of the items that need to be picked up along with instructions as to where the credit materials are located on the job-site.
  • Heavy and/or bulky items may require assistance at the job-site to be picked up.
  • Special order items are not returnable for credit.  They will not be picked up.
  • Make sure that you keep materials covered and protected as items that are not in saleable condition will not be picked up.
  • Credit on material could be subject to a restocking charge.

Final credit will be issued when the material is inspected and counted when returned to the yard.  If you need a copy of the credit faxed to you please call to request it.
